Juanita May Rolff was born in Calgary, AB July 9, 1940. At the age of two, her family moved to Drumheller in 1942 where she resided until her passing at the Drumheller Health Complex. She leaves behind her four children; Kathy (Jim), Don (Maryellen), Thomas (Stacey), Mary Lou (Steve); ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and her sister Bernice Llewellyn. Juanita was predeceased by her husband John in 1999, her mother Lula Gray (Dave) and father Soren Berg, her three brothers, Vernon, Ernie and Ken, as well as her granddaughter Kendra. Juanita enjoyed her years of volunteer work with the Newcastle Rec
Association, gardening, playing Bingo, collecting treasures, and spending time with family and friends. Juanita also cherished her years of babysitting neighbourhood children. At Juanita’s request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Palliative Care Unit at the Drumheller Hospital or to a charity of the donor’s choice in Juanita’s memory.
