Titans to face Strathmore at home to close regular season

The Drumheller Senior Titans looked the league favourites in the face, and walked away knowing they’re not that far from playing at the same level.
The Titans took the field against Rundle College on Saturday, October 12 in Calgary. Despite a 35-2 drubbing at the hands of Rundle, coach Jason Rasmussen says Rundle weren’t as impressive as they look on paper.

Sabres host successful home tourney

There was some exciting soccer  action in the valley on Friday and Saturday as the St. Anthony’s Sabres hosted some stiff competition at their second annual invitational tournament.

The Sabres placed fourth out of six teams, however the competition was so close that every game on Saturday was decided by a single goal.
