Titans look for third win before home opener September 25

The hardest challenge is yet to come for the Senior Drumheller Titans, who dropped the Strathmore Spartans over the weekend with a dominating score of 34-0.
“You take what they give you,” said coach Jason Rasmussen about the defensive shutout which made this season’s tally 2-0.
Allowing very little yards after catch from Strathmore, the success story of the game was the Titan’s defence, said the coach.

Titans looking better than ever

The Drumheller Senior Titans had this year’s first taste of football on Canadian soil last Saturday, beating out a new team in Lethbridge and giving support to the hope of a strong season.
Taking down the Lethbridge Coyotes 37-16 this weekend, Titans head coach Jason Rasmussen said the team is looking good this year.
“We weren’t thinking one dimensionally like we typically would,” Rasmussen said. “We had an extremely effective passing game and the defence played very well.”
