The FunTeam Hockey Club held its 18th Annual Christmas Benefit Games and was able to pass on its good will to the local Salvation Army.
For almost two decades the club has been holding the event and it reflects its vision to promote citizenship among the players.
Each player is asked to go out and earn their own money and with this money purchase food items that they would like to donate to The Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Program.
The result has been a history of support for families in Drumheller who are in need over the holiday season, and throughout the year.
