It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Gale Marie Lunitz of Camrose, AB, formerly of Drumheller, AB, who passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at the age of 52 years.
Gale is predeceased by her parents John and Mae Lunitz; and sister-in-law Brenda Burgess. She is survived by her son Christopher Lunitz; brother Richard Burgess; and sisters Donna Leeking (Bill), Linda Schnell (Jon), Susan Lunitz, and Patricia Andrew (Danny); as well as many nieces and nephews.
Gale was born in Vancouver and spent most of her life in Drumheller. She loved to play and watch sports, and especially loved the Edmonton Oilers. She was always in great spirits when in the company of friends. Gale was dedicated, loyal, and had an outspoken personality, no matter what the situation was Gale was always there for her family and friends. A celebration of life in Gale’s honour will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
