Carbon School is starting out the new year with new leadership.
Ryan Hatch has been appointed principal of Carbon School, effective at the start of the 2023/2024 school year.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and is working towards a Masters in Education, Educational Technology from the University of Memorial of Newfoundland.
Ryan has been with the Golden Hills School Division since 2007 and spent many years at Drumheller Valley Secondary School and is a highly skilled classroom teacher with over 16 years of experience.
He was appointed Associate Principal of Carbon School in 2022 and his varied advisory roles in Student Leadership, social media support and experience as a Representative for our ATA Local will serve him well in his new administrative role.
