Drumheller emergency services responded shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22 to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 9 about 7 kilometres west of town. It appears a semi travelling westbound on Highway 9 hit a moose and swerved, rolling on to its side in the opposite ditch. It appears the driver had minor injuries. Crews got cracking throughout afternoon cleaning up the pools of omelette as they cooked onto the pavement in the hot sun.
