Cenovus donates T-Pass units to local fire departments

Firefighters from the Drumheller Fire Department, including the Rosedale and East Coulee halls, as well as the Dalum Fire Department will have one more degree of safety, thanks to Cenovus.

Recently Cenovus donated Man Down T-Pass units to the departments. These are personal alarms that a firefighter can engage if they are in trouble. They also activate automatically when they sense a lack of movement.
Cenovus utilized T-Pass equipment for its workers in the Drumheller area. Recently it switched to a different system and was able to repurpose the equipment in benefit of the local fire departments.
In all Cenovus donated 28 units with a value of about $600 each. This resulted in an in kind donation of $16,800.
