Gearing up for Cuts for Cancer

The Cat Country Cougar Hunters are lending their sound to kick off the next Cuts for Cancer event.
Cuts for Cancer has become a premier fundraiser for the Drumheller Area Health Foundation.
Every February, the Chop Shop dedicates a day to cut hair in benefit of the Health Foundation and to remember those who are battling cancer or who have battled cancer.
With each new season, a new crew of community notables gets out the pledge sheets and agrees to shed their locks for the cause.
T    o get the ball rolling, they are hosting a barbecue and performance this Saturday, September 24 at the Roadhouse Saloon in Rosedale.
The barbecue starts at 4 p.m., and country music act Cat Country Cougar Hunters of Rosebud will be taking the stage at 7 p.m.
