BCF opening pushed to mid-November

The expected completion date for the Badlands Community Facility has been pushed back to mid-November.     “They thought that was a more realistic date. We still have two concrete pours to do, and once those are done that’s all the concrete. It’s full speed after that,” said Mayor Terry Yemen, who did not know exactly why the timeline was changed.
It was initially scheduled to be finished by late August of this year, then mid-September, and now mid-November.
