Howard passed away peacefully in the Three Hills Health Care Centre on Monday morning, July 27, 2009 at the age of eighty-three years. He was predeceased by his life-long friend, Phyllis Waldron, his parents and his brothers and sister. Howard farmed all his life in the Swalwell district. He leaves to mourn numerous nephews, nieces and friends. A graveside service in Howard’s honour will be held at the Swalwell Cemetery on Wednesday, July 29, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Three Hills Health Care Center.
