Terry passed away at the age of 79, after a courageous battle with cancer with his loved ones at his side. He will be remembered as a beloved husband, to Margaret, his wife of 54 years; a loving father to his son Chris, and daughters Teri-Lee (Tom) Rodewald, Tracey (Bob) Burrell and Kelly (Norm) McPherson. A caring grandpa to his six grandchildren, Riley, Kyle, Connor, Melissa, Brianna and Shane and a special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Terry was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Mary, sisters Ocksana Kuryk and Nadia Crosby-Jones. He was successful as an autobody mechanic, adjuster/appraiser for many years as well as the go to “Handyman and Gardener” and his humor and wit will never be forgotten. The family would like to thank Dr. Hao, Dr. Bogle and numerous support workers throughout his struggle with cancer. A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held at Eden Brook Funeral Home (17th Avenue & Lower Springbank Road S.W.) on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.edenbrookcemetery.ca.
