Linda Mae Iverson of Carbon, AB passed away surrounded by loved ones on October 13, 2012 at the age of 52 following a courageous and dignified battle with cancer. Linda was born on August 11, 1960 in Calgary, AB and grew up in the Acme and Carbon area where she remained taking care of her home, raising her family and enjoying life to the fullest with her friends. Linda will be remembered for her kind heart, wonderful sense of humour, and beautiful personality. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and will be loved forever by her children Deidra Iverson of Carbon, and Melissa (Daniel) Green of Drumheller and her infant grandson Keagan Green, who filled her heart with joy. Her parents David and Donna Morris and her sister Sherry (Bruce) Reid of Three Hills, her brothers Michael (Barb) Morris of Newbrook, and Wade (Kathy) Morris of Sundre, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and countless number of friends. Linda was predeceased by her husband Garry Iverson. A celebration of Linda’s life was held on October 20, 2012 in Carbon. The family wishes to thank all those who attended and a special thank you to Debbie and Nancy for your loving and caring support.
