COYLE, Eva Johnston (nee Blanchett)

We are mourning the loss of our Mother, sister, Grandmother and friend. Eva Coyle passed away with her daughter at her side on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in the Drumheller Hospital after having hip surgery. Eva was born at home on the farm at Didsbury, Alberta, October 21, 1915. The family moved to the Orkney District in 1917 where she lived until her marriage to Harry Coyle on October 31, 1933. Eva and Harry left the Orkney District and moved to Drumheller in 1939. Eva was predeceased by her parents, her husband William Henry (Harry), two daughters (Patricia and Ellen), three brothers (Frank, Jim, Doug), two sisters (Dorothy, Jessie), two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Eva is survived by her daughters, Eva May (Bill) Anderson, Ita Jeanette Bulechowsky, 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren 9 great-great-grandchildren, 1 brother (Bill Tom), 3 sisters (Mary (Steve), Gladys (Gord), Edna (Gordie) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, 2 sisters-in-law (Jean, Hilda (Jimmie)). Eva was a loving, caring and generous soul who will be sadly missed by all. She is with God and family now and free of the pain she suffered so bravely. May God keep her until we meet again. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 16 at Courtney-Winters Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 17 at Knox United Church, 195 3rd Avenue East, Drumheller at 2:00 p.m. with Jerry Beskowine, LWL. Lunch to follow service at church hall. Tributes to Eva can be made during the lunch.
