Dynos remain undefeated

The DCHS senior boys basketball team continue their undefeated streak as they wind down for the Christmas break.
The Dynos faced the Acme Redmen on Thursday, December 17. They came away with a high scoring 99-74 win.
According to head coach Jeff Messom it was difficult to get a good flow going during the game because of whistle stops. In all there were 54 fouls called.
“The whistle seemed to blow every other possession,” he said.
The Dynos were up by a slim three points by halftime. They were led by Kyle Masson, who was the lone starter for the team that was on the court after the first quarter because of foul trouble.
The third quarter saw the Dynos explode with 30 points, while at the same time holding the Redmen to just 15.
Mitch Smith was the team’s scoring leader with 32 points and 17 boards.
