Joseph Ernest Asquin, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Joseph served in the Korean conflict in the Canadian Army #6 Ordinance Corp and the WO3 Military Police Provost Corp. He enjoyed in his free time restoring antique cars. Joseph is survived by his daughter, Lori of Lethbridge and his granddaughter, Jennifer. He was predeceased by parents, Liane and Peter; son, Kim; brothers, Marcel, Arnold and George as well as his sisters, Janette and Yvonne. Graveside Services will be held at the Drumheller Cemetery (900 S Railway Ave, Drumheller, AB) on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandhollo

June 13, 1939 – November 12, 2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernie Fournier on Sunday, November 12, 2017 after a courageous four-month battle with cancer. Bernie moved to Canada in 1952 at the age of 13 from Beuson, Switzerland and after spending most of his formative years in St. Catharine’s, ON, the move was made to Alberta with his family. Bernie leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Joy; sons, Tom (Michelle) and Norm “Bubba” (Shari); grandchildren, Brandy (Jay), James, Stephen, Tyler, Shaun, Spencer and Kali; great grandchildren, Peyton and Olivia; siblings, Odile, Theresa, Moe (Margaret) and Nick (Lynn); sister-in-law, Shirley as well as many loved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Marie of Switzerland. A Celebration of Bernie’s Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernie’s memory to the Palliative Care, Drumheller Hospital, 351 – 9 Street NW, Drumheller, AB, T0J 0Y1. April 8, 1933 - November 18, 2017

Lloyd passed away on Saturday, November 18th, 2017 at the age of 84. He lived out his life this past three years at Michener Extendicare in Red Deer, Alberta with his wife Eve moving there as well 18 months ago. Lloyd was born in Hanna, Alberta and attended Olds College in his early years. Farming was his passion and he spent most of his life tending to his crops on the family farm just outside of Munson, AB. Lloyd was very involved in the local communities of both Drumheller and Munson. Lloyd will be lovingly missed by his wife Eve, daughters Carmen Scott, Connie & Polly Coad, sisters Eileen (Howard) Persinger, Jean McGee, brother Edward (Linda) Coad, his grandchildren Christine Rayner, Jeffery Coad, Tyler and Brandon Scott, brother-in-law Adam Andruschak, great grandchildren Aubrey, Kayden, Kezia and Aspen and several nieces and nephews. Lloyd was predeceased by his brother Stanley Coad and sister Barbara Cuncannon and only son Robert Coad. Lloyd was cremated at Red Deer Funeral Home. There will be no service at this time. A small service will be held in the spring of 2018 at the Munson Cemetary that will be Lloyds final resting place.
