Ida passed away peacefully at home in Calgary on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Nancy (Rod Bridger) and son, Ken (Susan). Ida will also be missed by her grandchildren: Miranda, Nicole, Ashley and great grandchildren: Camren and Aydyn. Ida is survived by her brothers: Alfred, Bill and sister Jean. She was predeceased by her parents, Alma and William: sisters Marg, Mable and brothers John and Jim. Ida was a very caring, helpful and generous lady. She lived a very active life with family being the most important part. Ida touched many lives in both Drumheller and Calgary. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A Funeral service will be held in The Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Saturday May 14, 2011 at 10:00 am.
