It is with loving hearts we say goodbye to our dear brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather John who left us on December 24, 2010. John was born in Wayne, Alberta July 28, 1945. He will be lovingly missed by his children Shannon Porter, Rick (Deann) Harrison and Jackie (Greg) Ing. Grandchildren Samantha and Santana Porter, Hayley and Stone Harrison, Dallas (Cassandra) Edie, Jordon Edie, Alysha Edie, and Donavan Ing and great grandchildren Zakary, Adyn and Jerzay Porter and Gabriel Edie. He is also survived by his brother George (Frances), niece Denise (Mike) Ryan and nephew Kevin and several aunts and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Nick and Delores Harrison, his brother Nick Harrison and his ex-wife Darlene. Celebration of John’s Life will be held at Courtney-Winters Funeral Home, Drumheller on January 4th, 2011 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of choice.
