Patricia (Trish) Wentzell passed away on December 8, 2016 at the Drumheller Health Centre after a courageous battle with cancer. Trish was born in Drumheller on August 9, 1954 to Dolores & Harry Jacobsen. She spent most of her life here in the valley, temporarily living in Airdrie and Grande Cache. Trish returned to this area as she always considered it home. Trish is survived by her daughter Lindsay Wentzell (Dustin); brothers Greg and Gary Jacobsen; as well as several adored nieces and nephews. Trish was predeceased by her parents; and her brother Rod Jacobsen. As per Trish’s wishes there will be no ceremony, and donations may be made in her memory to the Drumheller District Humane Society. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes were in care of the arrangements.
