Howard Hoover longtime resident of the Delia Community passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the age of 86 years while in the Drumheller Health Care Facility. Howard will be lovingly remembered by his family. A Memorial Service will be held in the Delia Community Centre on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
