court house

A man driving a tractor filled with passengers on the highway has pleaded guilty for impaired driving.
Sampson Entz appeared in provincial court in Drumheller on Friday, June 22 where he pleaded guilty.
On June 3 of this year, Entz came to the attention of the RCMP near Hanna when he was driving on the highway in a tractor, with a number of passengers in the cab of the machinery.
When stopped, he failed a roadside test, and subsequently tested with a breathalyzer showing readings of .130mg of alcohol/100ml blood.
The 21-year-old from the Hand Hills Colony was fined $1,000 plus a 30 per cent victim surcharge and a 1-year driving suspension.
