RCMP investigate O'Shea's break in

Osheas

Police are investigating a break and enter in the early morning hours of Friday at O'Shea's.
At about 4 am, an unknown culprit smashed through the front door and headed straight for the safe. They were unable to gain access to safe and exited out the back.
"The suspect was in the building for less than a minute," said Corporal Gerald Sherk. "They knew exactly where they were going, to the safe, but they didn't get any access. They also left all the liquor. I have seen smash and grabs where they take the liquor because it is easy to grab, this person went directly to the safe."
"With their knowledge of the business it is likely they were an employee or frequented the business before."
Sherk says they are following up with possible suspects and looking for some additional video from other businesses in the area.
"It is convenient that O'Shea's is located in that corner where there are many other businesses, we are hoping someone else got some video as well," he said.
