Booster Juice has accepted a proposal with the Town of Drumheller to operate a store at the Town’s Badlands Community Facility.
Mayor Terry Yemen said final details still need to be worked out, but assuming everything runs smoothly, the franchised store should be up and running in time for the height of tourist season in Drumheller.
Fifty packages were downloaded and two proposals to operate in the former Oja’s space were received.
The Mayor said Council thought Booster Juice’s proposal was the best laid out and the best fit for the space.
“I think what’s going to happen, is it’s going best a destination,” said Yemen.
“People are going to say “Hey, let’s go to Booster Juice’.”
“It’s going to increase the traffic at BCF.”
