Emergency personnel respond to single vehicle collsion

Members of the Drumheller RCMP, the Drumheller Fire Department, the Munson Fire Department and EMS responded to a single vehicle collision on the North Hill shortly after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Apparently, the small SUV lost control and ended up in the ditch beside the northbound lane. Firefighters utilized extrication equipment to stabilize the vehicle and free two occupants.

The passenger sustained serious but non life threatening injuries and both were taken to the Drumheller Health Centre.
