Drumheller town councillor Lisa Hansen-Zacharuk has announced she is no longer seeking to be nominated to represent the Drumheller-Stettler riding for the Wildrose Party. She issued a statement via her Facebook page.
"It's with with a heavy heart that I'm announcing my withdrawal from the attempt at seeking the nomination in Drumheller- Stettler riding for the Wildrose. I want to thank my amazing team who value democracy and accountability above all, thanks to all my volunteers and supporters. This process has engaged many and for that at least one thing positive was accomplished."
