The RCMP communication center for Southern Alberta is presently experiencing some operational difficulties and has subsequently been shut down. Calls made through “911” are being answered in the Northern Communication center. As a result of this increased volume, only priority calls are being taken and dispatched.
Until further notice:
Should you have a “non urgent” complaint, you must make this call to the Drumheller Detachment Administration phone line at (403) 823-7590 during normal business hours ( 7:30 am. - 5:00 pm. ) Should you call the Dispatch line (403) 823-2630, you will not receive an answer.
Any incidents that require an immediate response must be reported on the “911” line.
