January 4, 1954 – February 25, 2018

Timothy “Tim” Vaisnis passed away at the University of
Alberta Hospital in Edmonton on Sunday, February 25, 2018 with his wife, Shawna and close family friend, Alana by his side. Tim will be forever loved and remembered by his wife, Shawna; brother, Tony; sister, Raileen; brother-in-law, Randy (Tracy) Harrison; sister-in-law, Cindy Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Tim is predeceased by his parents, Vit Vaisnis and Rae Vaisnis (nee Smith), and brother, Richard. Tim had a passion for hunting, and enjoyed camping and fishing. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his amazing beef jerkey that he enjoyed making. As per Tim’s wishes, there will be no Service held. If desired donations may be made

February 9, 1960 - February 17, 2018

Rosanne Sieppert of Edmonton, AB passed away at the Misericordia Hospital on February 17, 2018 at the age of 58 years. She was born February 9, 1960 to George and Vera Smith. She had seven other siblings; Margaret (Sieppert), Gary, Dwayne, Sheila (Vickers), Shelly (Martin), and Shannon (Vogstad) and Janice. Rosanne married Jesse Sieppert and had three children Jesse, Tanya, and Jimmy who in turn gave her seven grandchildren Zaynah, Cody, Tessa, A.J., Johnny, Jesse, and Dakota. They were her pride and joy in life and she held them all close to her heart.
She is survived by her long time love Tom Broski, her siblings, children, and grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at the Nacmine Hall on Saturday March 17, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. All friends and family are welcome to attend. If friends or family desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation.

January 13, 1934 – February 24, 2018

Kathy grew up in Toronto, and became a registered Nurse. She met her husband Doug Soles while working in the Queen Charlotte Islands, and married in 1959. They raised their family in various small towns in B.C. and Alberta while Doug served as a United Church minister, and retired to Delia, Alberta in 1990. She is survived by her children, David Soles, Esther (aka Teri) Soles (Walter Higgs) and Heather Lambert - Jack Lambert, grandchildren Nicola, Breanna, Michael and Alex, brother Philip Locke (Jean Locke). She was predeceased by her parents, Lester and Vida Locke, and brothers John and Eric Locke. Many thanks to the staff of Drumheller Continuing Care for the excellent care they have given her for the past 8 years. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
