It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved Mom and Grandma, Donna Sinclair, who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 79 years.
She will forever be remembered by daughter Brenda
Sinclair, daughter and son-in-law Laurel and Wesley Pierce, six grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; brothers Erick and Tom Hatt and many nieces and nephews.
Donna was predeceased by her husband Warren Sinclair, her parents Lavina and George Hatt, and sister Betty McDowell.
Donna was born December 19, 1939, in Drumheller, AB, and was raised in Rumsey where she and Warren farmed until they
retired and settled in Linden, AB.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Rumsey Community Hall.

Elbert Beekman passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Three Hills Continuing Care Centre on June 25, 2019. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Daryll (Jamie) Permann, Randy Permann, Gerrit (Laurie) Beekman, Elbert (Lisa) Beekman, KariLynn (Vince) Gerritsen, Pamela (Robert) Grabinsky, and Desiree (Jerry) Ziegler. His grandchildren: Jamie-Lee (Tyler) Drake, Cathy (Jeff) Ulriksen, Chris (Jocelyn) Permann, Josh (Chandra) Permann, Emily Beekman, Andrew Beekman, Darlene (Erik) Vandekamp, Elisabeth (Brendon) Van Hierden, Elbert John (Kaylee) Beekman, Tyler (Dianna) Gerritsen, Karly (Chance) Bertsch, Conner, Kagen, and Willem Grabinsky, Elise and Coulton Ziegler. He also leaves to mourn 23 great-grandchildren and many extended family members. Elbert was born on March 11, 1938 on the family farm in Uddel, Netherlands and after completing 2 years of Agricultural College in Putten, he immigrated to Canada at age 17 with his family. He spent his life doing what he loved, farming in the Carbon area until his retirement. Throughout his life he enjoyed many hobbies, including hunting with his boys, woodworking, photography, reading, building his own boat and tractor, but especially enjoyed coffee and a visit with friends and family. Dad will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit no matter the circumstances, and how his faith and his family were of the utmost importance to him.
