The Carbon Library, to inspire young writers to find their voice, hosted the Creating Young Authors Contest for the month of February. Youth between the ages of 5 and 18 were invited to participate in age and topic specific categories. (l-r) Fayth Knorr won second with her Hero story, Dekin Benson won first in the Friendship category, Zachary Laffin won first with his Hero story and Myles Boggs won third with his Hero story. The works will now be grouped by age and topic and bound into a book, which will be available at the Carbon Library.
