Brian died suddenly in Carbon, Alberta. He was born in Estevan, Saskatchewan to Robert and Leah Lawrence who predeceased him. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Stanya and by his sons Clint (Deanna and grandchildren Terra, Kaitlyn, Brittany and Jayden) and Jason (Sarah). His brother Bobby (Boda) and sisters Myrna (Lauri) and Brenda and their families will also cherish his memory. In the Czech Republic, Brian’s in-laws have fond stories of his visit there in 1993. He enjoyed the company of family and friends. His charm, laughter and good nature made for happy times. He was a fan of Elvis and loved to sing and dance to his music. Brian will be laid to rest in Runnymede, Saskatchewan and a Celebration of his Life will be held there in September 2009. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. When asked “How are you, Brian?” his favourite expression was “Hanging in there”. So, hang in there, Brian, until we all meet again. Love, Clint, Jason and families.
