The family of the late Ray Faubion wish to offer our heartfelt appreciation to the Drumheller Hospital and Unit 111 & 112 of the Foothills Hospital staff for the excellent care and love for Ray as they seemed to cared so deeply for him. Special thanks to neurosurgeon, Dr. Kelly, and In-Charge Nurse, Heather,
who stood out as angels for us all. To the Drumheller Home Care ladies, your kindness was above and beyond, Ray loved you all. Thank you for all the many prayers and kind words extended to each of us in our time of need. To our many friends, neighbors and extended families, for the many deeds that helped ease the heartaches we were feeling. To the many snowangels and those who kept an eye on our homes while we were away. To those that sent food, flowers and cards, we can’t thank you enough. Our hearts were so honored to have Pastor James Clark and Pastor Dan Dannhauer for the special service for Ray. To Brian Fraser for the special songs he sang especially for Ray during the service, thank you. Thank you to the Homestead Coulee Community that we called home for so many years. We are truly blessed to have lived in such a kind and caring community. To all the workers that helped prepare the cemetery and set up the hall for the service, it was a huge relief knowing things were being taken care of. It was such a privilege to be at home for the celebration of Ray’s life. To Day Lenfesty and his crew for the lovely lunch they prepared and served to the guests. To the many people who donated to the Homestead Coulee Hall in memory of Ray, you are all so kind. It was such a blessing to have lived in a kind and caring community for so many years. Lisa Jacques of Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Home, your kindness and compassion went above and beyond. There are no words to describe our gratitude to you for making this difficult time that much easier for everyone. To Scott and Sean we will never forget your kindness and someday may be able to repay you. There are so many to thank and know that we have missed some, but please know that everyone’s compassion and caring was so greatly appreciated in this difficult time.
