Robert Lester
Robert (Bob) Comstock formerly of Rosebud, Alberta passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2019 at his home in Strathmore, surrounded by his family. Bob is survived by his soul mate and wife of 63 years, Rosemary Comstock; also surviving are Bob’s four children, Lester, Heather (Gordon) Pasini, Kevin (Kathleen) Comstock, Michael (Margo) Comstock; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandson; as well as his brother, George Comstock. Bob was predeceased by his sister, Catherine Poole. Funeral services will be held at the Rosebud Community Church on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1:00 pm with a Reception to follow at the Rosebud Community Centre. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation at www.cpff.ca or to the Strathmore Legion. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of Bob’s caregivers from Strathmore Homecare and Dr. Mueller. Bob, Dad, Gpa and Great Gpa will remain in our hearts forever.
