Drumheller Minor Soccer Club (DMSC) received a donation of $1,500 from Freson Bros which will help support the purchase of new soccer shirts for all 135 players and coaches. Players range between the ages of four and 14 in the DMSC house league; DMSC also has a provincial competitive co-ed mixed team of players between the ages of 10 and 14. Although the spring season of soccer will be wrapping up at the end of June, head coach Brad LeDrew notes the club is planning to hold a six-week outdoor fall season in September.
