Drumheller RCMP lay criminal harassment charges

20180117 RCMP Stock TJH 0062

In early August 2021, Drumheller RCMP received reports of a male videotaping and photographing employees and patrons of a local business.
It is alleged the male was protesting the approval of a permit issued by the town that impacts a local park.
As a result of the investigation, Edmund Almond, 64, from Drumheller has been charged with criminal harassment and mischief under $5,000.
Almond has been released on an undertaking and will be appearing in provincial court in Drumheller on Friday, October 15.
As this matter is now before the courts, no further details will be provided.
