On Tuesday, January 29, the second class of students in the Health Care Aide Program graduated and will soon be filling a much-needed role in the health care system. This is a joint program, using the Red Deer College course delivered through Campus Central in collaboration with DVSS. Students are able to earn dual credits towards the program and their high school studies. It is delivered online with face to face labs, and a number of students who graduated last year have gone on to study further in Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse programs.
