Town CAO Darryl Drohomerski, who is also a Master Composter with the Compost Council of Canada, ran an introductory composting workshop at the Valley Growers’ Learning Garden in Bankview on Wednesday, August 15. The workshop saw the members of the community garden and the public learn how to start composting and learn some of the science behind the practice.
