Evelyn Pugh (Burrett) died April 16, 2012 in Lloyminster, Alberta, at the age of 92. She was born in Hastings, England, January 4th, 1920, the third of ten children, and grew up in London. They retired to Sidney, BC where, with more time she continued to refine her art of petit-point and needle-point for which she won prizes at several fairs and competitions. Retirement also allowed her to pursue other interests such as gardening and travel. Almost 6 years ago she moved to Lloydminster to be closer to family. Eve was predeceased by her husband in August 1998 at age 88. She is survived by her children Glenys and John Pugh, and her grandchildren Brian and Adam Budenski, Tyson Pugh, and Erin Elder. A time of fellowship and refreshment will be held at 3:00 at the Lloyminster Legion (4505 49 Ave, Lloydminster, SK). As a celebration of life the wearing of bright colours is encouraged.
