BERTAMINI Marko Arturo

BERTAMINI, Marko Arturo

It is with great sadness and heartful sorrow that we grapple with the shock of losing Marko Arturo Bertamini - a beloved son, husband, father, brother, nephew, uncle and friend. The world was better because he was in it. Mark leaves behind his loving wife Paula and his “best bud” and son Parker, who were his rocks. He is also survived by his mother Arlene, three brothers, two sisters and plethora of family and friends. Mark was a man of great heart, integrity and pride. He was born in Drumheller on March 2, 1964 and passed away at the Grey Nuns hospital in Edmonton on March 10, 2012. He was surrounded by his family and guided into heaven by his grandparents and father, Arturo. In keeping with Mark’s wishes, his life will be celebrated with a private family service. His memory may be honoured by donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ride to Conquer Cancer. Mark loved his family, his life and Louis Armstrong’s “It’s a Wonderful World”. Please think of him the next time you hear it. The family greatly appreciates your thoughts and prayers. His spirit lives on through all he touched.
