Angela Carol Moshuk (nee DEAL) passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 4, after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was taken far too young at the age of 39 years. “Gee” is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Bradley, her parents Chuck and Addie Deal of Drumheller, sister Christine Ewing (Ryan) of Drumheller, brother Chuck Deal Junior (Becky) of San Diego, CA, sister Karen Miller (Steve) of Irvine, CA, grandmother Francis Deptuck of Drumheller, and grandparents Bob and Joan Williams of Calgary. She will also be dearly missed by Bradley’s parents, Lorne and Bonnie Moshuk of Edmonton, and sister-in-law Sherri Doucette (Paul) of Edmonton. In addition, Angie will be remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many many friends.  Angie’s kind heart was evidenced by her love of animals, in particular her three cats and cocker spaniel. Angie attended school in Carbon but graduated from Trochu before attending the theater program at Red Deer College.  Angie worked with Alberta Theater Productions in such memorable roles as Miss Hannigan in “Annie”.  She had a beautiful singing voice and her flare for the theatrical made her the life of the party.  She always had a witty comeback readily available for any occasion. Angie loved to travel and had a zest for life that usually found her hiking in the mountains, golfing or skiing.  She was brave in her life as she was in her death and even added hang-gliding to her list of accomplishments. Visitation was  held Friday, August 7 at Hainstock’s Funeral Home.  9810 – 34th Avenue, Edmonton, AB.  Cremation followed.  A celebration of Angie’s life took place at Hainstocks on Saturday, August 8 at 10 am, with a social following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cross Cancer Institute or the Edmonton Humane Society.
