May O’Connor Browne passed away peacefully at the Drumheller Hospital on January 8, 2009 at the age of 94 years. She is survived by her son Terry (Pat) O’Connor Browne, four grandchildren Michelle (Will) Wolfe, Shawna (David) Danchuk, Stephen (Virginia) Howard, Cheryl (James) Martin and son-in-law Jack Howard. She loved and cherished her five great-grandchildren Laura, Carson, Terry, Calob and Myla. May was predeceased by her husband Ned, daughter Shannon and sister Gladys. A funeral service was held Monday, January 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Magloire’s Anglican Church, 176 2 Street West Drumheller, with interment following at the Drumheller Cemetery. The family wish to thank Dr. Maseka and all the nursing staff of the Drumheller Hospital for their care and compassion shown towards May, during the numerous times she was hospitalized.
