Mr. Durant “Duke” Duvold Morris passed away at the Drumheller Health Center on Sunday, December 28, 2008 at the age of 93 years. Duke has been a long time resident of Drumheller, for over 50 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his older sister Beatrice of California, four sons Tony (Mary-Anne) of Summerland, B.C., Norman of Okanagan Falls, B.C., Bob (Judi) of Surrey, B.C., Curtis (Julie) of Langley, B.C., four grandsons, two granddaughters, three great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Duke’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 5, 2009 at The Salvation Army, 242 – 1st Ave West, Drumheller, AB. Flowers are gratefully declined; for those who wish, memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army.
