Sandra “Sandy” Irene Wolf, 67 of Morrin passed away May 30, 2018 after a courageous battle with A.L.S. at the Drumheller Hospital. Sandy was
predeceased by her first husband Dave, her father and mother Gerry and Nellie Haupt and her stepson Mike Gaucher. Sandy was born and raised in Calgary, she married David Wolf of Morrin, Alberta where they raised their three boys on the farm. Sandy loved her passion of being a hair stylist, making many lifelong friends with her clientele. Her grandchildren were one of the many highlights of her life, spoiling each and every one like crazy. Mom (Grandma) will be deeply missed by her husband, Rene’ Gaucher, together with her three sons, Troy (Lisa), Darren (Tracy), Jason (Christine) and daughters-in-law, Teresa and Lynn. Sandy’s grandchildren include; Colton, Jessica, Caitlin, Nicole, Donovan, Riley, Tanner, Terri, Anthony, Beth and Connor. Along with numerous neighbours, and friends, Sandy has left behind four very close sisters, Linda, Sharron, Susan and Teena and special friends, Gary and Joanie Morgan. A Celebration of Sandy’s Life for family and friends will be held at the Morrin Community Hall, Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial donations would be graciously accepted to the A.L.S. Society of Alberta, 7874-10th Street N.E., Calgary, Alberta T2E 9W1, or the Morrin Lions Club, P.O. Box 231, Morrin, Alberta, T0J 2B0. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.
