Cherished father, grandfather, brother and friend passed peacefully away on Friday, January 19, 2018 surrounded by family and in the loving arms of his daughter. Predeceased by his loving wife of 54 years, Evelyn (December 25, 2012), brothers Rolley and Jack, and his parents Heber and Muriel. Leaving to mourn are his children Sherry (Rick); Wendy (Ray); Linda (Bruce); Glenn (Carolyn); 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister June; and brother and sisters-in-law Fred, Murray, Anna, Flossie, Marion, and Betty; also many other relatives and friends. Al was a loving husband, caring father, and devoted Christian. He was always smiling, with a warmth and gentleness that will be missed. His kindness and compassion will live on in his family and all who knew him. We find comfort in knowing he has been reunited with Ev. Service was held January 25, 2018.
