It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry, after a courageous 3 year battle with cancer. He was raised on the family farm, continuing a successful farming operation, and remained involved up until his passing. Terry met the love of his life, Brenda (Pratt) in 1978 and they were married on November 7, 1981. Together, they enjoyed travelling, camping, fishing, curling (including many trips to watch the Brier live), bull riding, horse racing and casino trips, all with family and friends. Terry was a kind person, very loyal to his family and friends, and was involved in the community. He always stepped in to help wherever needed. Terry is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; his mother, Shirley; sister – Deb Wynia (Corinna, Lee, Brayden, Brooklyn Borsheim; Jenna, Colin, Graham, Emily Connon); Sister – Lisa (Troy) Wolf (Colton and Jessica). He was predeceased by his father, Vern; brother Gord; and brother-in-law, John. A Celebration of Terry’s life was held on Monday, December 11 in the Morrin Community Hall. If desired, donations may be made to Drumheller Area Health Foundation (Community Cancer Clinic or Acute Care). Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes were in care of the arrangements.
