Mr. Gordon Floyd Hanson of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the age of 82 years. He had an extensive career in the Alberta oilfields. Gordon will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Betty Hanson of Red Deer; his brother, Bert Hanson of Drumheller; as well as numerous extended family and dear friends. A Private Family Interment will take place at the Morrin Cemetery at Morrin, Alberta at a later date.
