Dave was born in Coronation AB and as a child lived in numerous communities in Alberta including Three Hills with his Grandparents. Dave had a variety of jobs and careers in his life which included a Constable with the Calgary Police Service, CN and CP Rail, running his own plumbing business, pipe and steamfitting. He was predeceased by his parents Vincent and Ruth Fleming, older brother Vincent, first wife Eileen and second wife Elizabeth. Dave is survived by his sons Donald (Heather) and John and his daughter Mary (Terry), grandchildren Aryele, Pamela (Gary), Tiffanie, and Timothy (Amanda),and great-grandchildren Claire, Miles and Liam. Dave is also survived by his siblings Joan (Walter), Marilyn (Jim), Bryan (Bettylou), Jean, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held July 18, 2013 at the Delia Christian Fellowship Church in Delia, AB, with interment in Delia Community Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Dave’s name to the Vegreville Long Term Care Patient’s Comfort Society, 4525-50 Street, Vegreville, AB, T9C 0A1 or a charity of choice.
