Born November 12, 1928, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2012 at Southwood Care Centre in Calgary, Alberta. She was born in Kelfield, Saskatchewan to Joseph and Katherine Piatz. She was predeceased by her parents; her brothers Johnny, Chris, George and sisters Frances, Polly and husband Gerald. She is survived by one sister, Veronica Bliele of Calgary, Alberta; daughter Diane Christensen of Creston, B.C.; son Wayne and Sheila Bullen of Rimbey, AB; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Rose will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Arrangements in care of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services.
