At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, a quadtrac tractor hauling a seeder attachment and air drill caught an overhead line on Highway 10 in Rosedale. Rosedale and Drumheller Fire Departments as well as ATCO Electric are on scene. The fire departments are diverting traffic around as ATCO Electric employees fix the broken wooden pole. According to the ATCO Electric power outage map, approximatley 480 residents from Rosedale stretching east to Little Fish Lake could be left without power. (See photo below)
