Drumheller emergency services called out for Sunday afternoon bridge incident

Limited visibility leads to bridge incident in Drumheller Alberta

On Sunday, January 28, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Drumheller RCMP and Fire departments responded to a Chevrolet car mounted on the concrete barricade on the Gordon Taylor Bridge in Drumheller. The young female driver was heading south on the bridge. According to RCMP, icy conditions and speed were the factors behind the situation. The driver was taken to hospital sustaining minor injuries and has since been released. File photo
