Chelsea Jacobson is the daughter of Doug and Lori Jacobson who live on an acreage just outside of Drumheller.
Dekeyser was at the 2016 Tarp Auction on Thursday night and each year Jay works with Chuckwagon Driver Mark Sutherland at the Calgary Stampede.
